Overview

The Within app allows users to stream or download a curated list of 360º videos. It is available on mobile, web, and in VR.

VR App

I helped design the VR version of the 360º video app, allowing users to download and/or stream the videos. I helped add categories to this, which enabled users to better navigate through our growing catalogue.

Mobile App

I worked on the app through various iterations, before we finally finished and implemented a lightweight change to the app that added better navigation and updated the styling to better match the brand.

Within Website

I was in charge of designing, documenting, and working with developers on the website. The website needed to serve the same functions as the mobile app, but also needed to host more things related to the brand—news articles, links to download the app on various platforms, and information about the company itself.

Thumbnails

 I was also in charge of designing any thumbnails for videos that did not already have one made by the content creators themselves. These are a sample of some of those thumbnails. Each title treatment is made to speak to aesthetics and the meaning of the pieces themselves.
